What are your hours of operation?

We’re open 7 am to 5 pm, making it convenient for you to pick up or drop off vehicles.

How can I book a vehicle?

You can book directly through our website, by giving us a call, or from Facebook market place. We’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

Do I need to pay a bond or deposit?

Yes, a refundable bond is required when renting a vehicle. The exact amount depends on the vehicle type and insurance excess.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still rent a vehicle?

We accept other payment methods, including cash bonds, subject to approval.

Pricing and Costs

Are your rates all-inclusive?

Our rates cover standard rental charges, but additional costs (e.g., insurance, optional services) may apply. Contact us for a detailed breakdown.

Does the price include unlimited kilometers?

Most rentals come with unlimited kilometers. Ask us for details.

Does the rental price include fuel?

Fuel is not included. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup

Do you charge for multiple drivers?

There’s no charge for adding an additional driver to your rental agreement.

Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

How the discounted offer works?

Discounted Bookings – Important Information

Sometimes, we offer discounted rental rates to our customers.
These discounts are provided from time to time, depending on vehicle availability and demand, and are usually given when you contact us directly by phone, WeChat, WhatsApp, or online chat.

This page explains how to complete your booking online when a discounted rate has been given, and why the price shown on the website may be higher than your discounted quote.


1. What the Discount Applies To

If you receive a discounted rate from us:

  • The discount applies only to the base rental price of the vehicle
  • The discount does not apply to:
    • Insurance options
    • Child seats, booster seats, or strollers
    • Any other add-ons or extras

2. Why the Website Price Does Not Show the Discount

Our website system cannot display custom discounts that are given over the phone or via chat.

Because of this:

  • The website will always show the standard rental price
  • Your discounted rate is manually applied by our team when you pick up the vehicle

This is normal and expected.


3. How to Complete Your Booking Online

If you have received a discounted rate, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to our website and select your vehicle
  2. Select all insurance options and extras you need
  3. Complete the booking at the website price
  4. Pay the 10% deposit requested by the website to reserve the vehicle

  • Your final rental price will always match the discounted quote we gave you
  • The discount is applied when you pick up the vehicle

6. Payments Explained

Online Payment (At Booking)

  • Deposit required: $234 + payment processing fee
  • This is 10% of $2,340, the website price before discount

Payment on Pickup Day

  • Balance to pay: $1,806
    ($2,040 discounted total − $234 deposit)

Refundable Bond

  • $250 refundable bond (credit card required)
  • $500 refundable bond if:
    • No credit card is available, or
    • Driver holds a non-New Zealand driver’s licence
