You can book directly through our website, by giving us a call, or from Facebook market place. We’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

Do I need to pay a bond or deposit?

Yes, a refundable bond is required when renting a vehicle. The exact amount depends on the vehicle type and insurance excess.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still rent a vehicle?

We accept other payment methods, including cash bonds, subject to approval.

Pricing and Costs

Are your rates all-inclusive?

Our rates cover standard rental charges, but additional costs (e.g., insurance, optional services) may apply. Contact us for a detailed breakdown.

Does the price include unlimited kilometers?

Most rentals come with unlimited kilometers. Ask us for details.

Does the rental price include fuel?

Fuel is not included. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup

There’s no charge for adding an additional driver to your rental agreement.

Can I pick up or return a vehicle after hours?

Can I take the vehicle between the North and South Islands?

Yes, our vehicles can travel inter-island, but you’ll need to inform us beforehand for ferry approvals.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?

We do not provide 24/7 roadside assistance. You can buy roadside assitence from us if you want.

Requirements and Eligibility

How old do I need to be to rent a vehicle?

You must be at least 25 with a valid driver’s license.

What license is required to rent a vehicle?

A full and valid driver’s license is required. International licenses are accepted if they are in English or accompanied by a certified translation.

What do I need to bring to pick up my vehicle?

Please bring your driver’s license, passport (for non NZ driver's license), a valid payment method, and proof of booking (if applicable).

Do you provide vehicle accessories?
